Contact and privacy information

Day30 is a personal project. This information covers the test website and its feedback form.

Contact

Use the contact form to send Day30 a message or a request to take part in the test. Include your email address if you would like a reply. Day30’s recipient address is not published on the website.

Google Group for existing testers

You can reach Day30 through the day30-testers Google Group. Join the group directly on Google using your own Google Account. The website form does not add members automatically.

When you visit the website

The public website is hosted by Vercel. To deliver and protect the service, the hosting provider processes technical request data such as IP addresses and browser information. You can find more information in Vercel’s privacy policy.

We count page views and clicks on test links to improve the website. We store the time, page, referring domain and device category in private Vercel storage, without tracking cookies, visitor identifiers or stored IP addresses. Repeat visits count again. Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control are respected. Technical request data may be processed by Vercel and temporarily used to limit repeated requests. Data is kept until manually deleted. The protected admin login uses an essential session cookie for up to eight hours and sends one-time codes through Resend to set up or reset the password. The admin password is stored only as a salted hash. Fonts and images are served with the website.

When you send feedback

We store the category, your message, optional device details, the reply address you provide, the date and time, and a reference number. A reply address is required for contact requests and test sign-ups. Test sign-ups are also forwarded to Day30 as requests. When email delivery is configured, we send both test links to the address you provide using Resend. You must confirm group membership and Play test participation yourself on Google. We store this information to understand problems and improve Day30. Please do not send passwords or sensitive personal information.

Feedback submitted through the public Vercel website is kept in private Vercel Blob storage in the Frankfurt region. It is not published. Resend forwards the message content and the reply address you provide to Day30’s private inbox. Resend and the recipient’s email provider also process the message. The local preview on the home network stores feedback separately on the home server.

Your IP address is not stored in the feedback record. It may be processed briefly in memory to limit repeated requests. Separately, Vercel processes technical request data for its service.

Feedback is kept until it is manually deleted. To request deletion, contact Day30 through the contact form and include the reference number shown after you submitted your message.

Google Group and app test

Links to the Google Group and app test take you to Google, where the respective privacy information applies. Sending feedback through this form does not enrol you in the app test.

Information about the Android app is available in the app privacy policy (German).
